1. Who we are

2. What we collect
Account data: your name, email address, and password (stored hashed). Usage data: verification jobs you run, credit balance, and standard server logs. Payment data is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.
3. The email lists you upload
Uploaded lists are the most sensitive data we hold, and they are treated as yours. We process the addresses only to produce verification results for you. We never sell them, never share them with anyone for their own use, never merge them into a shared marketing database, and never send mail to them. Verification contacts the receiving mail server the same way a normal delivery attempt would, without sending a message.
4. Retention and deletion
Verification results stay in your account so you can re-download them. You can ask us to delete specific lists, results, or your entire account at any time by emailing us; deletion is completed within 30 days. Backups age out on a rolling schedule after that.
5. Processors we rely on
We use a small set of processors to run the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email such as verification and password reset), and our hosting provider in the EU (servers and backups). Each receives only what it needs for its role.
6. Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your theme preference. We do not run third party advertising trackers.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and KVKK), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict processing. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and the date above.
