How accurate are the results?

On recent business lists, 99.8% of addresses come back with a definitive answer and under 1% stay unknown. Accuracy is not one number though: the hard part is catch-all domains, and that is where most of our work goes.

Question 2

What is a catch-all address, and can you verify it?

Accepted Answer

A catch-all domain accepts mail for every address, so a standard check cannot tell a real mailbox from a typo. Most email validation software stops there and hands the whole group back to you as risky. We resolve a large share of them into real answers, and the ones we cannot resolve stay clearly marked instead of being guessed.

Will anyone on my list know I checked it?

Accepted Answer

No. Verification never puts a message in anyone's inbox. Your contacts receive nothing, your sending domain and your mailboxes are never used, and your open and reply rates are untouched. The only thing that changes is the list you end up sending to.

Question 4

What can I upload, and how long does a list take?

Accepted Answer

CSV and Excel files. You pick the column that holds the addresses and we handle the rest. Checks run in parallel on our own verification infrastructure, so a large list is not a long wait, and we email you the moment your results are ready instead of making you watch a progress bar.

Question 5

What happens to my list after verification?

Accepted Answer

It stays in your account until you delete it, and you can delete it whenever you want. We never sell it, never share it and never mail it. Files are encrypted in transit and stored on servers in the EU.

Do credits expire, or do I need a subscription?

Accepted Answer

No subscription, no monthly minimum, no per seat fee. You buy a pack of credits once, one credit checks one address, and whatever you do not use stays in your balance. Nothing is wiped at the end of the month and nothing renews on its own, so you only buy again when you actually run out.

Do Email Finder searches use the same credits?

Yes, one balance covers everything. Give Email Finder a person and the company domain and it works out the address, then verifies it before handing it to you. A verification costs 1 credit. A Finder search costs 5 credits only when we confirm an address, and nothing when we cannot, so you never pay for a guess.

Do you have an API?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Verification runs through a REST API: send a single address and get the result back in the response, or push a whole list and collect the results with a webhook when the job finishes. Keys are issued per workspace and calls draw on the same credit balance as the app.
