How does the credit system work?

You buy a pack of credits and spend them as you check addresses. One address costs one credit, and it is only spent when the check comes back with an answer, good or bad. Email Finder runs on the same balance but costs five credits, and only when we hand you a confirmed address. Addresses we cannot answer and duplicate rows we drop before the job starts cost nothing.

What happens to credits I do not use?

They wait for you. Credits stay in your balance until you spend them, with no expiry date and no monthly minimum to hit. Nothing renews on its own either, so a pack you buy for one campaign is still there when the next one comes around six months later.

Can I judge the results before I spend anything?

That is the idea. Every new account gets 100 verifications and never asks for a card. Upload a slice of a real list, open the results, and see how many of the risky addresses we actually resolve. If it does not earn its place, you have spent nothing.

What does it cost to add my team?

Accepted Answer

Nothing. Your workspace has one balance and everyone you invite spends from it, so there is no seat count to manage and no per user fee to budget for. You are paying for addresses, not for people.

How does billing work?

You pay by card at checkout and the credits land in your balance straight away. Every purchase produces an invoice with your company details on it, sitting in your billing history for whenever finance asks.

What if my volume is bigger than the largest pack?

Then the price list stops being the right tool. Tell us how many addresses you run and how often, and we will put together an option that fits your volume instead of asking you to buy the same pack over and over.
